Hey there!

I’m Tyler Howard, LCPC. As a Queer, neurodivergent person from the South, I lived decades of my life as a version of myself that showcased only a tiny sliver of my True Self. I know firsthand the toll this “masking” has on our mental and physical health. It is much easier to face life’s challenges when we are not wasting time and energy conforming to the expectations of others. My own therapy journey has (and continues to) given me the tools I needed to free that True Self and put it in the driver’s seat. It would be an honor to pay this gift forward as your therapist!

While I practice general psychotherapy, I encourage you to look at the “How I Can Help” tab for more information on my specialties. You and I will decide together if I am a good fit for what you want to get out of therapy. If I’m not, please let me help you connect with a therapist who will meet your needs.
